Orders

How do I track my order?
We offer multiple tracking methods. If you have created an account, you can log in to see status here. We also provide a link within your order confirmation email to track your item and send another email as soon as your item ships. If you have signed up for text alerts, we will also send you a shipping notification straight to your mobile device once the item has shipped.

And of course, you can simply shoot us an email at support@coedition.com or give us a call at 800-674-3679. We are happy to track it down for you.
I just bought something that’s now on sale. Do you honor price changes?
Absolutely! If your order was placed within 24 hours, shoot us a note at support@coedition.com or call us at 800-674-3679. Exceptions may occur with certain promotions, but we will always do our best to credit your account for the difference.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Email us at support@coedition.com or call us at 800-674-3679. Our facilities do start processing your order as soon as it’s received, but don’t worry: we will always refund your order even if it does ship out. Just return it in its original condition within 30 days -- returns are always free.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.
When will I receive my order?
Processing & shipping times vary by facility. However, our current shipping timeline is currently 3 to 7 business days.
Can you rush my order?
Not at the moment but we’re working to bring you expedited shipping soon!
Do you ship internationally?
We're working on it! Email us at support@coedition.com if you're interested in international shipping & you'll be the first to know when we start.
Why did I get multiple boxes for my order?
We want to minimize your wait time, so you can enjoy your new item(s) even faster. To expedite your order sometimes boxes ship from various facilities.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Returns are free & refunded in the original form of purchase for up to 30 days from the day your item(s) ships. We do allow a grace period for transit time. All merchandise must be unworn & in new condition with tags attached. Please note that original outbound shipping charges -- this only applies to orders under $50 -- are non-refundable.


How do I start a return?
To make a return, follow the below steps:
  1. Please locate your order number found in your order confirmation email.
  2. Complete your return here, which will provide you with a return label.
  3. Pack items in the original packaging, if possible.
  4. Print & affix the return label to the packaging, making sure to cover or remove any old labels.
  5. Drop it off at any US Post Office and you are good to go!
Once your return has been received and passes inspection, your refund is processed right away. It may take up to 3-10 business days upon receipt to see the funds reflected in your account. Some financial institutions may take longer to refund. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@coedition.com.
What if my package already comes with a label from the brand? What should I do?
Please process your return only on the CoEdition website, which will ensure that we know it’s coming to our facility. Our site will also provide you with the correct label. Follow the instructions outlined above for our return process.
I received multiple packages. Do I have to return them separately?
No, our team will handle it. Simply pack your returned items in their original condition and send to us. We do the rest!
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
Email us at support@coedition.com or call 800-674-3679 for a full refund. We’ll help you get a return label and do our best to get you a replacement.
What if I need to make an exchange?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can always return the item for a full refund and reorder at your convenience. 

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and accelerated payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer AfterPay on purchases over $35, which allows you to pay in four easy installments.
Do CoEdition credits expire?
Credits typically expire in one year, but contact us at support@coedition.com and we’ll do our best to help. Happy shopping!
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
Unfortunately, we do not allow gift cards to be exchanged for cash.

CoEdition Rewards

How do I join CoEdition Rewards?
Simply sign up for an account at CoEdition.com and start earning your rewards!
What are the benefits of joining CoEdition Rewards?
Where do we even begin?! Earn points to redeem for discounts, early access to sales, member only promotions, and a little something special for your birthday. Once a higher tier is achieved, the benefits only get better!
What kind of purchases are eligible to earn points?
Our rewards program gives members points for every dollar spent, excluding fees associated with shipping and taxes. Your account must be in good standing to receive, and use, points. Past purchases prior to becoming a rewards member are excluded.
When will I receive my points?
You will receive points immediately after order payment.
How do I view my point balance and access my points?
You can track your past purchases, progress towards a reward, and progress towards the next tier in your account.
How do I use my points?
Redeem your points for eligible rewards during checkout process. You must be logged into your account during checkout to redeem.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your unused points will expire only if your account is inactive for over a year.
Can I use more than one reward on a purchase?
You can only use one reward per order.
Can I use my reward on any purchase?
Rewards can be used on any purchase over $50.
Can I return my order if I had redeemed points for a discount?
If you had used a reward on the order, we will return the corresponding points back into your account upon refund. You can view the details of our Return Policy here.
Can I transfer my points?
Points can only be used by the account holder and can not be transferred to another account.
Are my past purchases eligible for rewards points?
Your past purchases (prior to program launch on 3/3/2021) are ineligible for earning points.
Does my VIP Tier Staus expire?
When you join the rewards program, you will automatically become a CoEditor! You then have the opportunity to become a CoStar ($300-$799 spend) or a CoVIP ($800+ spend). Your rewards status will be reset after 365 days from joining the program based on your annual spend.
