Why did I get multiple boxes for my order?
We want to minimize your wait time, so you can enjoy your new item(s) even faster. To expedite your order, sometimes boxes ship from various facilities.
I just bought something that’s now on sale. Do you honor price changes?
Absolutely! We’re a "no regret zone" here at CoEdition. If your order was placed within 24 hours, just shoot us a note at & we’ll credit your account.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Send us an email at & we'll do our best. Please keep in mind that in many circumstances we are unable to cancel orders but you are always able to return


When will I receive my order?
After you place your order, you can typically expect your product in 3-7 business days. Processing & shipping times vary by vendor. 
How can I track my shipment?
When you place an order with CoEdition, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order right away. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your purchase leaves the warehouse. Contact us at for further help.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Shipping & returns are free for all orders.
Can you rush my order?

Return Policy: Fall in love or send it back.
That's our policy. We want you to be 100% happy with your item(s). Returns are free & refunded in the original form of purchase for up to 30 days, from the day your item(s) ships. We do allow a grace period for transit time. All merchandise must be unworn & in new condition with tags attached.
I need to process a "Try for Free" return.
Head to our try for free returns page and follow these easy steps.

1 Go to our return portal and select 'keep' or 'return' for each item in your order.
2 Print out the free pre-paid return shipping label to package your return box.
3 Drop off your return package at the closest UPS drop off. We'll handle the rest!
To make a return, follow the below steps:
  1.   Start your return here and get a return label. 
  2.   Pack items in original packaging, if possible. Print & affix the return label to the packaging, making sure to cover or remove any old labels.
  3.   Drop it off at any authorized UPS location ( & you can track your return here (
Once your return has been received, your refund is processed right away. It may take up to 3-5 business days upon receipt to see the funds reflected in your account. Some financial institutions may take longer to refund. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at
What if my package already comes with a label? What should I do?
No worries, don't use the label in the package. We will handle all of the return costs, so reach out to us directly & we’ll send you a new label to use. Follow the instructions outlined above for our return process.
My package was shipped separately, how do I return it?
Reach out to us at & we’ll work with you on how to return your items. You’ll pack your items together for return & get a new return label from us once we connect!
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
Likewise, reach out to us as We’ll tell you how to return the item (also detailed in our return policy section above) & send you a replacement.
What if I need to make an exchange?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can always return the item for a full refund and reorder at your convenience. 


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and accelerated payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer AfterPay on purchases over $35, which allows you to pay in four easy installments.  
Do CoEdition credits expire?
No, credits to never expire. Happy shopping!
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
No, we do not allow gift cards to be exchanged for cash.

"Try For Free" Program

What is the "Try for Free" program?
We know that fit is everything for our customers. It can also be difficult to take a chance on a new brand or style. The "Try for Free" program aims to remove this risk entirely: free shipping, free returns and no charge unless you love the dress and decide to keep it. Select your favorite and try it on at home, with five days to decide if you love it. If you do, we'll charge your card. If you don't, return it for no charge.
The program says “free to try,” so why do you need my credit card?
It is absolutely free to try and there is no charge on your card at check out. We only ask you to provide a valid credit or debit card in case you decide to keep the item after the five day try on period is complete.
When does the "try on" period start?
Your try-on period starts the day your order is delivered. We’ll send you an email reminder 48 hours before the five days ends. If you have any issue, just give us a call!
I have other items in my cart, but I can only check out with my selected Try For Free item.
We use a separate check out process for Try for Free to make sure you don't get charged right away. It's the best way to make sure “try for free” stays free. Your other items will remain ready for check out in our standard cart.
Can I use a coupon or code if I decide to keep the item?
Of course! We will honor all coupons and codes if you decide to keep the item. Please make sure to include this during the Try for Free check out. If you have any issues, just give us a call. We'll take care of you!
You don't have my size in a "Try for Free" item. Can I back order?
The Try for Free dresses are some of our best sellers so they sell quickly. However, they are usually back in stock quickly. Give us a call or check back on the site in a few days -- we'll get you in a perfect dress.
I received my order confirmation from a company called BlackCart.  Who is this?
